From discussion and research, it is clear that there is a need for a Grant Reviewer system especially when thinking of Gitcoin as a staunch supporter of the ODC. This topic aims to include the projects listed in the Sandbox proposal detailed by Sean.
The thinking here is to create and validate a grant review dashboard that incorporates grant review. The dashboard would be similar to the one submitted by kikura and would receive support from the lego sandbox team to create grant review legos.
